Design-obsessed retail therapy seekers have scored yet another stop at Culver City's Platform. Charming retailer Poketo soft-opened its third (but temporary) LA boutique a few weeks back at the Westside lifestyle hub.

Located on the west end of the center (in Day's Market's former spot), the shop offers minimalist-cool clothing, home goods, decor, textiles, bags, jewelry, stationery, and more. Highlights include women's apparel, prints by Gabriel Stromberg, adorable face pots by Group Partner, and Poketo's own line of sleek tech accessories and carryalls. The store also stocks tasseled wool pillows handwoven by a talented family of traditional loomers and designed by co-founders Angie Myung and Ted Vadakan, who met the artisans during a trip to Mexico.

Vadakan tells us the space will also host shop-in-shops, with cool LA apron brand Hedley & Bennett taking up residency in November. The pop-up itself will hold court at Platform through the end of January 2017.

Poketo at Platform is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
