Inside Kinsley James' First SoCal Bridal Boutique on West Third Street

Stylish brides seeking alternatives to big-box shops will want to head to West Third Street. After debuting in the Bay Area's Walnut Creek four years ago, Kinsley James' first SoCal bridal boutique is now ready to serve LA's aisle-bound ladies.

Open as of April, the 3,900-square-foot space exclusively stocks labels like Pallas Couture,  Idan Cohen, and Liz Martinez alongside familiar luxury labels like Anne Barge, Marchesa, and more. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are highly recommended, and brides will be provided with a strapless bra, high heels, and a robe for in-store changes (you're also welcome to bring your own wedding shoes and underpinnings).

Founders (and wedding planners) Dawn Silva Rigney and Amber Silva personally work with the designers they stock, meaning many dress designs can be customized to fit the bride's needs. Though on-site alterations aren't offered after the dress arrives, clients will receive a list of trusted local seamstresses that can handle fixes like pros.
