Beauty buffs with a sweet tooth and an eye for charming interiors have a new one-stop shopping dreamland. Riley Rose, a new concept boutique dreamed up by the daughters of Forever 21’s founders, arrives Saturday, September 30 at Glendale Galleria — and we’ve scored a sneak peek inside the millennial-focused shop before its doors officially open.
Landing on the first floor by Macy’s, the 6,000-square-foot space offering a range of makeup, skincare, beauty tools, home decor, sweet treats, and more from a mix of cult-fave labels both local and global. Expect to find Korean beauty and skincare brands like Tony Moly, Aprilskin, Dr. Frog, Too Cool For School, B. by Banila, and many others alongside cult-cool and blogger-faved Stateside brands like Stila Cosmetics, Grown Alchemist, Winky Lux, Lime Crime, and RMS Beauty, to name just a few. In addition, find haircare and body products by R+Co, Eva NYC, Conair, and more; skincare tools by Foreo, Soniclear, and others; and many, many more.
Over in the sweets section, find edible and eye-catching treats by LA’s own Compartés, Dylan’s Candy Bar, Dang, and other snack brands, while the home goods section offers charming pillows, throw blankets, cookbooks, water bottles, rose gold French coffee presses and colanders, and more.
As far as high-tech touches, the boutique features selfie-ready makeup stations and interactive touch screen stations that offer beauty and skincare tips.
Riley Rose is expected to roll out a dozen more stores across the U.S. this year. The Glendale Galleria outpost will also host a full schedule of giveaways and more from 10am to 9pm on opening day, including gift cards valued at $10 to $250 for the first 150 customers, free cotton candy, a swag bag with purchases of over $100, and more; see the store’s Facebook event page for all of the deets.
